My name is Daniela Anaya Amaya. I live in Bogota, Colombia. I have been dancing for almost 20 years. During this time I have trained in contemporary dance techniques such as Release, modern dance and contact improvisation.

I graduated as a Master in Performing Arts with an emphasis in Dance from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in September 2020. Just before receiving my diploma, during the first semester of 2020, I was in Israel as part of the Dance Journey with the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company.

I've been dancing since school, when I couldn't wait to finish classes to go to Danzazul to do what I really loved and enjoyed. Dance has always been my way of understanding the world. For me, dance is everything and everything can be dance   .
